Meet The Owner
Led by founder and CEO Helen Kogan, Travel Selection was founded in 1994, We are a privately held enterprise that specializes in luxury, family, wedding, and business travel consultation. We’re located in Wheeling, IL with a staff of 14, each with an average industry experience of 26-years.
We are not a call center, nor a booking engine. We are real people with real knowledge dedicated to helping you get the most out of your vacation and your budget.
We retain a 94% customer satisfaction rate through our destination and product expertise and seek to provide friendly and highly-personalized service before, during, and after travel. Collectively, we have been to over 118 countries and have sailed on more than 22 different cruise ships. We work in the only industry where vacation and familiarization travel are opportunities to learn, grow, and bring back knowledge to our clients. Each consultant invests a minimum of 5 hours per month in additional product, destination, and professional development training.
